Within Technology we are looking for a Programme Co-Ordinator to provide support to our large strategic transformational programmes. These programmes are of major importance to Sky and the PMO team provide support and governance on finance, deliverables tracking, reporting, change control etc. as well as providing coordination activities for major planning events.

What you'll do:

- Work closely with the Delivery teams to forecast and track actual costs against budgets, ensuring appropriate project financial controls are maintained, and identifying and resolving challenges, escalating where needed.
- Coordinate large programme planning events, working with both internal and external vendors and suppliers, and ensuring successful execution of events.
- Supporting the realisation, consideration, and reporting of benefits as initiatives progress.
- Work with the programme Directors and Workstream Leads to ensure accurate and timely programme updates are communicated at all stakeholder levels, including weekly status reports, fortnightly programme newsletters and all Executive level reporting packs.
- Manage all programme and tracking logs including RAID, Change, Action and Capability tacking logs and work with the Delivery Leads to ensure all programme Metrics and Deliverables are accurately tracked and communicated.
- Work with 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure all invoices are reviewed and approved prior to any payments and ensure all payments are fully tracked against the programme.
- Track programme Resource Capacity and Demand across all workstreams ensuring correct resource utilisation.

What you'll bring:

- Experienced PMO Co-Ordinator with experience of RAG reporting, Financial Management, Capacity/Demand Planning, Roadmaps, Financial reporting
- Knowledge and experience of Clarity or a similar enterprise level PPM system.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and consistent high energy levels
- Experienced problem solver with analytical skills in a project-based environment
- Good presentation skills with ability to deliver insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Have a process driven approach, great attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-organised. You will have excellent analysis skills and lots of initiative. You will be someone who thrives in an environment of change and happy to challenge the status quo when appropriate.
