What you'll do- Work with our technology teams to deliver Sky Protects Smart IoT Platform, with a particular focus on software delivery-
- Take the lead in running important team ceremonies (for example stand ups and refinement) and take ownership for ensuring that the team board(s) are kept up to date-
- Have an open and practical approach to:- Planning and delivery-
- Reacting to change-
- Co-ordinating with other teams where there are dependencies-
- Reporting on the teams progress to stakeholders-
- Remove blockers - identify and remove obstacles to the team’s progress, work proactively to resolve conflicts, promoting a positive and constructive work environment-
- Take a collaborative approach to working with our Product Team and Tech Leads to ensure that the teams backlog is being maintained-
- Be an advocate/mentor/guide for Agile ways of working - encouraging them to adopt an agile mindset and improve agile practices-
- Support the Sky Protect Team to identify and implement Agile KPIs that can be used to monitor team performance-
- Play an active role in the planning of technical projects in the wider IoT Programme - working closely with Delivery & Programme ManagersWhat you'll bring- 4+ years practical experience in a similar role for software delivery as either a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager working with Agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban.-
- Proven track record of using KPIs to track and adapt teams with different levels of Agile maturity-
- Highly Desirable to have had exposure to IoT Technology, including Back End and/or mobile app development, AWS-
- Not essential but experience with product, hardware and firmware development advantageous-
- You’ll be proactive and flexible, with excellent facilitation and coaching skills-
- You’ll have proficiency with a project management tool like JIRA or similar tool-
- You’ll be able to keep a motivational mindset whilst focusing on several tasks-

Osterley
- Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
