Our job in the UK & ROI Sky Spaces Workplace Projects team is to help everyone to be their best. What you'll do:

- Manage the Project Management Office (PMO) - making it possible for the Workplace team to deliver inspiring flexible workspace and construction projects to the highest standards of design and sustainability, which embody the Sky Style - a direct reflection of Sky’s DNA.
- Develop, Maintain and Promote the Project Process, Toolkit and Tracker as it applies to projects - ensuring an auditable, transparent and effective governance on all projects with all reporting up to date.
- Work very closely with other members of the Workplace and wider Sky team - including Accommodation Strategy & Commercial Heads, CDM Advisor and third party professionals, along with internal Service, IT & Broadcast Teams - to ensure that the project delivery process is aligned.
- Being across best practices in PMO - sharing this knowledge with the team & helping develop an accessible world class project delivery process with KPI’s to help measure all contributors performance.
- Understanding the resources available and required for current and future Projects, prioritising and ensuring that projects being undertaken are the best use of Sky resources including monitoring of 3rd party resource to identify potential over reliance on key suppliers.
- Assist in team co-ordination including arranging regular team & individual meetings, ensure team training & CPD is up to date, monitor holidays to ensure adequate cover for projects at all times.

What you'll bring:

- An accredited professional Project Management qualification (PMA/PMP or RICS) and a proven experience in Programme & Project Management / Construction / interior fit-out project delivery
- A detailed knowledge of UK construction legislation, regulations, code including commercial aspects related to project delivery.
- An ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external delivery partners at all levels with an open mind to new ideas - the ability to think differently and critically challenge the way we work to bring about positive change, drive value and efficiency
- Highly organised and strategic thinker, able to quickly predict and identify potential issues, deep-dive to find solutions while being flexible understanding that the needs to the business constantly evolve
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and creative skills along with an ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external clients, suppliers and contractors at all levels
