Key Contracts Administrator

Would you like to work in a busy friendly team?
My client based in Thame, is currently looking for an Administrator to join their small and very friendly team. This role will be based within their offices, providing full administration support to their largest key accounts.
You will need to be confident liaising with clients both digitally and face to face. Experience of working with MS packages including Excel is essential.
Day to day duties will include:
- Updating customer records onto an in house system
- Booking appointments
- Liaising between clients and contractors
- Dealing customer queries
- Maintaining reports
- Uploading and chasing quotations
- Attending onsite client visits
This role is on a temporary basis, with a view to become permanent.
