Job Overview:
We are seeking five dedicated Tutors to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of various ages and skill levels. We are mainly looking for tutors who can offer Science, Maths and English. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journey. If you are doing A Levels or an Undergraduate Degree, this is an excellent opportunity to have a regular income for 1-5 hours a week, depending on your availability. This is a rare opportunity where you need a proven record of academic results but do not require work experience as we will support you with training. It is also rare as we can work with your availability to make a good match.

**Responsibilities**:

- Face to face or online tuition to individuals or a group
- Communicate effectively with students to understand their learning needs and goals
- Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies based on individual student's strengths and weaknesses
- Help students improve their study skills, organization, and time management
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and incorporate innovative teaching techniques into tutoring sessions

Qualifications:

- Grades 7-9 In English, Maths and Science
- No previous tutoring experience required, training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract, Graduate, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £12.50-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
