- This role is a job share to work collaboratively with our existing SENCo who works 0.6 Mon Tues Weds Thurs AM and Friday AM/PM.**Salary**: Main Scale 5 to Upper Pay Scale 3 ( £38,330 to £46,525 ) (Plus TLR2) pro rataBognor Regis Nursery School provides the highest quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.
- We wish to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic teacher with an inclusive philosophy to join our leadership team. The role includes:
leading the provision in partnership with our existing SENco for 8 fte children with complex special needs in our integrated Special Support Centre (SSC);
- SENCo and key worker responsibilities;
- ensuring that vulnerable children and their families are well supported.

- has significant experience of working with children between three and five;
- is committed to Inclusion and has experience of teaching children with special educational needs;
