**Role Overview**:
Working within the East District Targeted Early Help Team, you will support the delivery of an effective multi-agency Early Help offer through providing support, expert advice and training to a wide range of partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To provide advice and support to universal service key partners to enable them to deliver the multi-agency Early Help offer. This includes delivering training on the new Family Help Assessments, providing advice and support on the Team Around the Family offer available for children and families and role modelling good practice.

To organise and facilitate multi-agency Early Help conversations in the district, including working with partners to identify families who would benefit from multi-agency Early Help support.

To develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the services and local resources in the District, in order to help children and families access these to become more embedded in their communities and become less reliant on services.

To develop and maintain strong working relationships with professionals in a wide range of services delivering services and support to children and families.

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

- Experience of using assessment tools to identify the needs of families which will inform bespoke plans and appropriate interventions
- Experience of delivering training, support or advice to other professionals
- Experience of working effectively in partnership with professionals from different disciplines, such as schools, health services and the voluntary sector
- Experience of working in a team, supporting each other to achieve team objectives and sharing learning opportunities
