Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance and improvement services to ensure that our customers’ homes are safe and maintained to high standard.

**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Planner to join our Guinness Property team based at our office in Oldham. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our working style is hybrid, which offers the opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the Recruitment and on-boarding process.

Reporting to the Operational Support Manager and working closely with the regional operational team, you’ll be responsible for providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs.

- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Experience of working with databases.
- Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

***Desirable**:

- Experience of working with large volume data processing activities.
- Experience of scheduling work.
- Experience of working with subcontractors.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Experience of working with invoices / accounts.
