Personal Assistant

**Contract and Shift details**:12 month FTC / Part-time 3 full days per week

If so, we have a new opportunity for you We are recruiting a part-time PA to join our Global Technology Services (GTS) department on a 12 month fixed term contract to assist the Senior Leadership team with a variety of administrative tasks reporting into our Chief Information Officer.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Drafting meeting Agendas, arranging town hall quarterly meetings, ensuring items are actioned in a timely manner.
- Supports the GTS team’s communication and HR processes, where appropriate
- Assists with research and compiling of information, along with drafting of presentations.
- Oversee administration of the company recognition programme.
- Plans for and assures logistics and supports are in place for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and conferences.
- Attend and facilitate meetings on-site when required to
- Support travel requests for GTS Board and members of GTS, as needed.
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience with and a confident user of Microsoft office suite
- Task orientated and able to deliver quickly and effectively against agreed tasks and priorities
- Able to work individually but also as part of a broader team, including other Personal Assistants
- Ability to build positive relationships at all levels within the organisation and externally also.
- Previous experience of supporting a senior management team
- Experience of planning meetings and events
- Self-motivated with a positive “hands on” approach
- Discreet with understanding the need to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple demands while displaying a positive working relationship with all.
- High attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation.
