Overview:
Made by the Forge is a modern working forge specialising in the making of fine crafted curtain poles. We are looking to appoint a new team member to assist with office duties. The role will be varied and form an important link between the office and the team making the products.
No two days will be the same - however the roles will include:
Purchase Ledger and reconciliation
Ordering stock and checking stock in.
Paying suppliers
Office Duties - filing, calling people, follow-ups etc
Utility contracts, Insurance renewal and payments
Co-ordinating work schedule between clients and our team
Relaying messages to the team from clients
Assisting with dispatching of products, dealing with couriers
Co-ordination of job information for the workshop team
Other office duties to assist the team

**Skills**:

- Proficient in computerised systems
- Familiarity with Mac and Xero
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of clerical procedures
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Renumeration and hours:
4 hours a day Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm
Holiday 28 days per year pro-rata
Pension scheme

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
