📍 Location: Ipswich

💼 Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Part Time (Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm)

💸 Salary Range: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

🔍 Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Trust Financial Controller to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactional processing and control throughout the organisation.
Process invoices, conduct payment runs, and handle supplier queries.
Manage supplier and customer databases, and reconcile statements.
Support the Financial Controller in system administration and end-of-month processes.
Assist with school budgets, procurement standardisation, and reporting.
Provide financial guidance and support to Headteachers, School Business Managers, and other staff members as needed.✅ Essential Requirements:

Strong financial background and previous experience with end-of-month processes.
Experience in a school or a multi-academy trust (MAT) setting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proficiency in financial accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.🌟 Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

Formal qualification in business management (e.g., AAT).
ICT knowledge in Excel and Word.
Good general standard of education with a minimum of GSCE in Mathematics or equivalent.💻 Technologies:
