Sales Coordinator/account Manager

A technology company are looking for a sales coordinator/account manager to join the team in Preston.

**Your new role**
The ideal person would be central to the sales function of the business. Their tasks would be diverse but key areas are.
- First point of contact for customers both new and existing.
- On-Boarding of new customers.
- Co-ordination of sales process with existing customers.- Sales quotations
- Preparation of sales materials
- Order progress
- Shipments and delivery of orders
- Co-ordination with business departments
- Reporting to the Sales Director
- Working with sales team
- Liaising with Software Development team
- Liaising with Project Manager
- Liaising with Technical Department
- Liaising with Marketing Department
- Manage and produce sales reports from CRM

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
