**The role**:

- As a Sales Account Manager you will be eager to showcase your ability to sell within a B2B environment
- Ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none
- Upsell products after the initial sale
- Ensure Talent Finder receives repeat business
- Working to targets, to ensure revenue is maximised with each account

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in Sales and/or Account management
- Experience within the recruitment sector would be beneficial however this is not essential
- The confidence to pick up the phone and speak to clients
- A strong sales ability including closing deals
- Excellent organisation skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- An overall positive and can-do attitude

**Most importantly.**

A basic salary Up to £27,000 DOE pro rata, plus a very attractive uncapped commission structure. Our current Account Managers are earning between £40k to £70k per annum
