Our client, a large financial organisation, are looking for a number of Pension Complaint Handlers to join their team This role is FULLY REMOTE and equipment will be provided.
- You will provide a friendly and professional service also ensuring associated administration is completed.
- You will be happy to take ownership of the complaint, but also work as a team to provide the best service to the end user.
- The successful Complaint Handler will be able to communicate at all levels both written and verbal

You must have a solid background within financial services complaints, and pension administration is a bonus
