**Role Title**:Customer Care Specialist**
Location**:Glasgow (hybrid)**
Duration**:4 Months - Potential for extension/Permanency**
Rate**:£12ph**
Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

**The opportunity:
**An exciting opportunity has arisen in for a **Customer Care Specialist**for our client, a prestigious insurance provider, with their team in Glasgow. The team play a key role in supporting our clients customers during their time of need while we investigate, understand and look to deliver a fair and satisfactory outcomewhere dissatisfaction is expressed.
This role is perfect for someone who is customer focused, energetic and passionate. Who is driven to improve our clients customer experience and help fix things for our customers as quickly as possible whilst driving improvements within our business in an engagingway.

**Main Accountabilities:

- Demonstrate empathy towards our customers at all times while understanding the context of their challenges
- Engage with multiple departments to obtain 'one version of the truth'
- Proactively manage your workload and customer expectations whilst adhering to FCA and FOS guidelines and requirements
- Communicate (oral and written) in a compelling and engaging way that represents our clients behaviours and is personable to the customer complaint
- Record and capture accurate data to support root cause analysis
- Demonstrate a positive can do attitude whilst acting with integrity at all times

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience in working in a customer focused insurance environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (word, excel etc)
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations in a consistent and positive way
