Customer Service Advisors Complaint Handling

Blue Arrow Glasgow are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client Royal Mail for experienced Customer Service / Complaint Handlers to work out of their Glasgow Mail Centre in the north of the city.
Rate of Pay - £12
Shift Pattern - Monday to Saturday (working hours will be on rota basis)
Location - Office Working, North Glasgow
Start Dates - End of January / Middle of February
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer complaints
- Work in conjunction with colleagues to resolve complaints and ensure the customers receive a timely, accurate and informative response
**Skills / Experience**
- Strong customer service experience with notable background of handling complaints
