Anderson knight is looking for a Complaints Handler for one of our priority clients based in Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent position. The purpose of this role is to ensure any complaints are managed and resolved inline with procedures. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities;
- You will be required to log any complaints, manage and then resolve whilst following the correct process and guidelines.
- You will be responsible for following all internal procedures & policies.
- You will be required to manage your own complaints workload from allocation to resolution.
- You will be required to provide all internal and external with a professional and efficient service whilst following all the businesses policies and procedures.
- You will be required to liaise directly with FOS in regards to any complaints raised to them
- You will be required to be flexible and committed within a fast-paced environment.
- You will be required to liaise with internal colleagues in order to support the investigation and resolution of complaints
- You will be required to ensure you give a great customer experience during all interactions with the customer insuring the best possible outcome.

Experience, Qualification & Skills:

- You must have a minimum of a secondary level education
- You will have previous experience in complaint handling within a financial services environment.
- You will have previous experience in handling customer queries in both an oral and written capacity
- You must have strong communication skills
