With around 800 projects being worked on across the region, we work closely with Anglian Water and their customers to deliver the best infrastructure and non-infrastructure solutions to keep the water flowing.

**What will you be doing as our new Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor?**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the entire project team to provides support and guidance; keeping the teams up to date with current health and safety legislation and procedures.
- Coach the teams to ensure all sites are leading the way in all safety matters.
- Lead on incident investigations from initial through to completion, ensuring effective lessons learnt are identified and embedded in our organisation.
- Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of Safe Systems of Work.
- Deliver briefings and toolbox talks to the site teams and provide training as required.
- Lead and chair meetings, promoting engagement and encouraging feedback.
- Assist in the implementation of Wellbeing programmes across our sites.

**A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours.**

To join us as a Delivery Engineer, you’ll have experience of delivering projects or coordinating complex tasks and activities to support planned outcomes. With the ability and desire to travel across the region as required to support projects, it would be advantageous to possess Construction industry experience with ambitions to develop a career in the field.

With the ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and working in a collaborative and honest fashion, you’ll be confident in being proactive and taking accountability to drive performance.

Capable on IT programmes and open to new technology, you’ll demonstrate resilience and maintain energy and focus when under pressure.
