HR Coordinator/Officer

Main responsibilities will include looking after the full end to end employment life cycle, starting with liaising with hiring managers to fully understand recruitment needs, arranging interviews, managing diaries, managing the offer process and documentationto onboarding and then through to exit interviews.
You will also be involved in the distribution of HR letters and attending relevant meetings and note taking on issues such as dismissals, disciplinaries, grievance and absence monitoring.
You will be a confident IT user and will be required to generate reports and other forms of data for local and group reporting as well as general upkeep of all information with the HR system.
If you are committed to providing high quality customer service, are an effective communicator and have the ability to prioritise your work and manage your diary, this is a great role for you.
You will need to be proactive and comfortable working alone and within a team. Knowledge of HR laws and best practices and basic payroll administration would be an advantage, along with experience of using a HRIS.
