Established in 1999, **Malone Group** works with leading international brands to design manage and deliver high value business critical projects.

The **Project Commercial Administrator** will provide support to the Project Management team, and will assist with project reporting requirements.

Reports to: Head of Operations and Finance Manager

Key relationships: Head of Operations, UK MD, CFO, Project Managers, Finance team

**Responsibilities**:
Run mid-month and end of month sales forecasts

Support Head of Operations in obtaining resource plans from each department

Liaise with PM’s and update overall project dashboard on a monthly basis

Create and issue any T&E project reports for issue to clients (alongside PM’s)

Work with PMO to ensure project procedures are followed and work with the commercial

requirements of the business

Complete sales forecasts for all new projects

Work with Head of Operations Manager on monthly sales forecasting

Support MD and Head of Operations with identification and tracking of opportunity pipeline

Managing relationships and communications with suppliers

Raise all UK travel PO’s

Review and credit check new suppliers

Setup of new suppliers in Project and Finance systems

Raising purchase orders for projects and overheads

Reviewing supplier invoices and allocating against projects / overheads purchase orders

Creditor reconciliations to statements

Preparing bi-monthly creditor payments for online banking system

Processing credit card transactions

Reconciling credit card statements monthly

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Sage line 50 or similar accounting software

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
