**Job Title**

Commercial Assistant

**Responsibilities** **and Duties**
- Supporting the Commercial team with administrative tasks arising from on and off-line
sales activity, account management and revenue management in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all stock is loaded within the agreed time to help guarantee the offering is full,
completed and accurate.
- Producing detailed competitor analysis; observing changes to pricing policies, villa numbers
and product initiatives.
- Monitoring and reviewing sales performance and produce associated reports as required.
- Identifying key successes and areas of concern, making relevant pricing adjustments to
optimise margin and occupancy.
- Communication of special offers, promotions and product developments to all internal and
external customers / partners.
- Working with the Commercial Manager to agree, implement and deliver an approved pricing
strategy.
- Account management; maintaining and developing relationships with all travel partners.
- Additional duties as deemed reasonable and necessary to meet the needs of the business

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
