**BASIC DESCRIPTION**
Ocholo are responsible for the clients holiday, making sure everything runs smoothly from beginning to end, it all needs to be correct - from the property description to its location being correct on the map. Making sure everything is paid, extras booked, suppliers are paid and clients know where they are going, and how to get in.
Customer service is extremely important - we strive to be the best and provide the best service before, during and after the clients holiday, to ensure returning happy clients.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To begin with the job will entail;
- Data input;_
- Updating availability on calendars
- Loading on photos of properties to the website and travel software
- Adding and writing descriptions of properties
- Adding facilities to the website and travel software
- Re-sizing photos
- Pricing grids and working out daily/weekly rental prices
- Google maps locations
- Social media posting
- Administration;_
- Organising E-mails and daily lists
- Running reports to check; clients have paid, provided various information needed for their holiday
- E-mailing clients for information
- Adding on extras to holidays and liasing with resort to ensure all runs smoothly for the clients holiday
- Checking bookings - details, dates and costings, and E-mailing suppliers
**REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE**
Some work experience would be good, does not have to be travel or administration related. Languages or any travel knowledge is a plus.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills and good timekeeping
- Good computer skills - Google maps and navigating websites
- Good attention to detail/common sense - noticing things that do not appear right and being able to correct errors
- Good communication skills and spelling
- Customer service
**Salary**: £14,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Huddersfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
