**The Administrator role**:
As our Administrator, you will primarily manage the car fleet administration, but also provide additional admin support to the HR team.

**The key responsibilities of our Administrator will include**:

- Fleet administration: allocation of vehicles; updating the database and lease company website; arranging MOTs, services and repairs on pool vehicles
- Monitoring, recording and chasing missing fleet related documentation
- HR administration including induction and new starter paperwork, amendments to contracts references, leavers etc.
- Maintaining the HR database and accurate personnel records
- Maintaining the department’s filing systems

This list is not exhaustive and may require other duties from time to time, as issued by the HR Manager or HR Officer.

**To meet the requirements of our Administrator you must have**:

- Previous administration experience
- A confident and friendly manner both over the telephone and face to face
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to your own routine
- A full UK driving license as you will be required to assist with company vehicles

**As our** **Administrator, you will be**:

- Computer literate
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strict and varied deadlines
- Discreet and honest as confidentiality is essential
- Prepared to get involved in any tasks requested at short notice

Due to the demographic of the business, being able to speak Polish or Romanian fluently would be an advantage.
