**About the role**:
This role is about putting teaching, learning and assessment front and centre of everything we do.

Leading a team within our Academic and Professional Studies faculty, you will inspire, innovate and support your team to deliver an exciting curriculum that covers predominately A Level and Access to HE.

You will have responsibility for creating the conditions for driving quality of teaching, learning and assessment to ensure learners and your team have an outstanding experience and develop the skills, knowledge and attributes needed for their career progression.

Faculty Coordinators will support you in ensuring high quality organisation and compliance.

**What do you need to be a successful Faculty Manager at Activate Learning?**

Experience of facilitating or leading outstanding teaching, learning and assessment and achieving excellent outcomes for learners is essential. You will have an aptitude for using technology to enhance learning coupled with good planning and organisationalskills.

You will be an inspiration, to your team and students. Using a coaching style of leadership, you will develop teachers and assessors to be the best they can be and as a result improve student experience and outcomes.

**About you**:

- A teaching qualification and knowledge of A Level or Access to HE qualifications is essential
- Ability to lead and influence your team to achieve effective outcomes is essential
- Experience of working within FE is desirable, but not essential
