This role is aligned to the Kerv Experience practice which specialises in CX and Contact Centre as a Service. We are a long standing and leading EMEA partner of Genesys, focussed on selling, deploying & supporting their Genesys Cloud CX platform. Kerv Experience has won many awards over the years due to our success and are currently the Genesys EMEA New Logo Partner of the Year.

**About the role**:
The Solutions Consultant role is a key position within our organisation, responsible for driving customer success by leveraging the power of Genesys Cloud CX.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in understanding client needs and translating them into tailored demonstrations that optimise their customer and agent experience management.

You will work closely with customers, conducting in-depth discussions to identify pain points and challenges they face in their customer interactions. Using your deep understanding of the Genesys Cloud CX platform, you will design and present innovative solutions that address these challenges, aligning with the client's unique business objectives.

Your expertise will be showcased through product demonstrations, where you will demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Genesys Cloud CX to potential customers. This requires excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts and showcase the value proposition of the solution.

Across Kerv Group, we have various Kerv practices selling value-added services, you will be expected to collaborate with other practices to understand how their offering assists the customer with their requirements and encourages cross sales across the group.

**Your part to play**:
Working closely with[SL1]the sales team, your role is pivotal in driving customer success and transforming customer experience management using Genesys Cloud CX. You will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and showcase the value of the Genesys Cloud CX platform through engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Building strong relationships with customers [SL2]and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial for delivering exceptional solutions and exceeding client expectations.

Staying up to date with industry trends and utilizing your analytical skills, you will translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. By embracing this role, you will contribute to revolutionizing customer experience management, enabling our customers to provide exceptional experiences to their customers. Your passion, communication skills, and technical expertise will be key in driving our organisation's success and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 3+ years of experience working with CX / CCaaS solutions.
- Strong technical skills are desirable.
- Must have a strong ability to present complex use cases.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must have great communication skills and the ability the communicate with different customer personas (IT, Contact Centre Managers, CX Directors, heads of departments and C-Level).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-motivated person.
- Have experience in solution design.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must have a strong ability to complete technical written documents.
- Skills to assist the sales team with written responses to tenders.
