**Role Overview**:
This is an initial 4 month contract role with the view to becoming a permanent member of the Sales team. In this position you will be providing support to Senior Account Managers in our Property vertical.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Prospecting to the property sector with specific focus on residential estate agencies and commercial office spaces
- Sourcing relevant leads on competitor websites, google and other lead generation software tools
- Taking the first call, getting through gatekeepers and setting up meetings for Sales Consultants to close deals
- Building and maintaining clear up to date contact lists with relevant information about each lead
- Creating leads and opportunities on Salesforce
- Developing relationships with decision makers in order for deals to be completed
- Be the ‘go to’ expert for Gumtree related services prospecting us as the solution to their advertising needs
**About You**:
- You are looking for a role with growth, we believe development is hugely important and this role enables you to pursue those self-driven development opportunities
- Passionate about creating strong relationships with our clients through your expert product knowledge and ability to communicate
- Highly organised and able to prioritise different tasks, this is a fast-paced role
- Confident in speaking with new and existing clients
- Experience within a sales environment preferred
