Principle Duties:

- Ensure telephone calls answered in timely manner in-line with Company policy.
- Dealing with delivery queries.
- Taking customer orders over the telephone, handling concerns/complaints.
- Managing and updating standing orders.
- Organising emergency orders, liaising with necessary teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep your work station clean and tidy.
- Update concerns register as and when required.
- Update CRM system.
- Any other duties at the request of CSM or OM.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly allocated team tasks are completed to deadlines.
- General administration duties.

Attributes required:

- Excellent Telephone skills.
- To be able to communicate effectively both with customers, and with other team members.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A team player is essential.
- Manage/prioritise workload when under pressure.
- Be tolerant and patient.
- Working hours will be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm on a rota system.
- Will also need to cover minimum of 2 bank holidays per year (rota basis).

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
