**Customer Service / Sales**

The Customer Service / Sales team are the face of the business, they are the first contact for inbound enquiries and play a vital role in helping the company achieve it's ambitious growth plans.
- No cold calling _and full training is provided
- **Responsibilities**_
- Speaking with customers about selling a classic or performance car
- Developing positive relationships and managing customers expectations
- Updating customer records on our internal systems
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Liaising with the dealer account management team
- **Requirements**_
- Experience in a telesales based role
- A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard
- A great telephone manner, and the ability to talk engagingly to a variety of customers
- An organised working style with strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Basic Upto £22,000

OTE: £30,000 - £40,000 (Uncapped)

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
