**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our Playbarn team as a Party Host. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience during their parties or events. You will also be required to run midweek activities/scheduled events. Some shifts will require you to work in the cafe, serving customers and general day to day tasks. This is a position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Manage and oversee all aspects of parties or events, including set-up, activities, and clean-up
- Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Coordinate and lead party games, activities, and entertainment (when applicable)
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during the party or event
- Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout the duration of the event
- Assist with food and beverage service as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure all party elements are executed flawlessly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
