As our **Admin Assistant**, you’d be providing essential support to all of our teams (Buying, Merchandising, Wholesale, Marketing and eCommerce) via a wide variety of tasks, including:

- Raising purchase orders promptly and accurately, following the order process from authorisation to delivery, communicating any issues to Buyer
- Arranging product testing and keeping product sheets accurate and up to date
- Managing the company’s packaging stocks, proposing reorders to ensure we have enough to fulfil requirements and achieve favourable pricing
- Managing receipt of samples into the business and approval process with AB/Buyer, providing feedback to suppliers and keeping our sample library organised
- Preparing samples for sample sales, external meetings, trade shows and photoshoots
- Going on competitor store visits and inspiration shops, keeping up to date with industry developments including competitor plans and performance
- Supporting the marketing team with content creation, arranging competitions, PR and influencer gifting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
