This opportunity will suit someone with 1-2 years' experience preferably within the fashion or retail industry, looking to grow within customer service department. You must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.

**Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift.
- Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat.
- Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries.
- Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets.
- Assisting management with daily tasks.
- Making decisions on problems raised.
- Responding to customer reviews
