Guardian Angel Carers, a leading home care provider; are excited to be recruiting a new Care Coordinator in continuing to promote and support the delivery of compassionate care for all our clients.

As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for managing all aspects of future and day to day planning of our care service, working as part of our friendly and dynamic care delivery team. The business focus is providing high quality, person-centred care in line with CQC regulations.
- Previous care experience _(Ideally in either a coordinator or senior carer role)_
- A full UK driving licence
- Business use car insurance
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care

**Salary**: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum _(based on experience)_

**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week + on-call duties as per the office rota

You will assist and support the team within the branch, ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met. You will strive to deliver a high standard of accuracy in rota management and quality monitoring. You will also have the opportunity to remain ‘hands on’ as a care colleague, out with the clients representing the Guardian Angel Carer brand.

Required skills include:

- Excellent communication, both written and oral, with the ability to build rapport with new people
- The ability to work well both under pressure and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Accurate data recording whilst being proficient in the use of tablet, smart phone, relevant systems and app technology.
