**The position**

We are currently seeking a Training and Competency Assessor to join BW Offshore Fleet team. This role will be a combination of offshore and onshore work supporting Catcher FPSO and the Training and Competency for Fleet. Generally made up with 2 weeks offshore, 1 week either office or work from home depending on operational requirements and 3 weeks field break.

**You are responsible for**
- Actively contributing to the delivery of Training & Competence Assurance framework across the Fleet
- Support offshore management in the identification of training needs and reviewing training matrix
- Develop and maintain relevant training & competence matrices
- Ensuring all company and client competence requirements are achieved
- Any other duties as directed by Training & Competence Manager and OIM

**Who we think you are**
- Ideally have more than 10 years in Oil and Gas industry
- Ideally 4 years of experience within the FPSO Offshore industry
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years at a Managerial level
- Ideally 2 years of experience as a Workplace Competence Assessor
