**The role?**
EnerMech Training has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Instructor / Assessor to join our talented team. Due to increased demand across our client base, in the successful applicants will deliver a variety of world class training courses to a multitude of clients. This role is an ongoing contract role that includes competitive PAYE day rates.

As a lifting expert, you will deliver EnerMech's approved suite of courses within Crane, Rigger and Banksman Slinger Disciplines. We are looking for someone that can work both at our EnerMech training centres and at client sites both onshore and offshore.

Main duties and responsibilities will include;
- The delivery of high quality, safety related training and assessment.
- Supporting department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and the continual improvement of existing courses
- Supporting customers during course facilitation as appropriate
- Obtaining positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs
- Participating in standardization and continuing professional development events
- Supporting organisational growth through promotion of the EnerMech business offering

**You are?**
To be successful for this position it is essential you hold the following qualifications and experience:

- Valid OPITO Rigger and Banksman Slinger Competence Assessment certificate, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in lifting operations
- Valid stage 3 Offshore Crane Operator Competency Assessment certificate in accordance with BS7121 Part 11, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering this course
- Ideally you will also hold L&D 9Di, OPITO Assessor, A1, D32 or equivalent qualification. However, if these are not held, EnerMech will develop you through these qualifications.

You will have a proven track record in technical coaching / professional guidance, and assisting in the development of others and be able to select and use the best method of communication to ensure understanding. An Oil & Gas UK Offshore Medical Certificate is also required.
