**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including but not limited to, preparing sales-related documents, proposals, and estimates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise effectively with customers to address their needs, answer queries, and ensure exceptional service.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and optimise customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive phone manner while engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales function.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A genuine interest in luxury watches and the broader luxury goods industry is a plus.
