Location: Hertford
Hours: 35 hours per week
My lovely client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team starting immediately. This role is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the office therefore you must live in a commutable distance to the office in Hertford.
**Duties**:
- Assisting in supporting the management of the budgets and pressure on the contractors by reducing emergencies, complaints, escalations by providing assistance at the front line.
- Ensuring that all repair escalations are managed and responded to in time
- Liaising with contractors to enable resolutions agreed
- Promoting change, escalating negative and positive responses to the contractors as required
- Managing cases to completion
- Monitoring of contractor performance
- Ensuring all invoices are processed in time and accurately
About you:
- A minimum of two years administrative experience
- Experience of working with and providing secretarial and administrative support to senior managers
- Previous experience in customer facing role is essential
- Proven experience of working with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident in communicating in both written and verbal
- Ability to engage in negotiations and consultations with the aims of reaching agreement on issues
- High attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workloads and good time management
- Able to work under pressure
- Competent in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
