We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Administrator to join our successful clients team in Hertford. The Customer Support Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
- **Main Duties**:

- Account manage all support requirements for a wide range of clients
- Be responsible of customer ticket queue alongside team members, ensuring these are actioned within the agreed time level.
- Deal with online quotations and orders.
- Input orders onto the system.
- Work alongside the customer service manager to deliver excellent service.
- Assist with any delivery issues.
- Assist the team with any other administrative duties.
- Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Experience in using online Helpdesk systems.
- Office based customer service role experience in a previous role.
- Work well under a pressurised environment.
- Have great attention to detail.
- This is a full time role, office based.
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
- 22 Days Holiday.
