**This is a work from home position, with occasional travel into London for meetings and Team Building days.**
**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Entry of supplier and contractor invoices onto our account’s platform, Xero.
- Receive and reconcile supplier and contractor statements.
- Schedule payment runs within payment terms.
- Reconciliation of payments made within Xero.
- Upload invoices to our customers finance portals such as Coupa.
- Send customer statements.
- Chase for payment of overdue invoices.
- Generate spend reports for customers.
- Import card expenditure data from Pleo into Xero.
- Maintain the accuracy of the data held on Xero for customers, suppliers and contractors.
- Verification of CIS contractors and suppliers through Xero.
- Generate and issue CIS statements to contractors and suppliers through Xero.
- Log all activity and communications within a communications log.
**Skills**:
- No formal training is required within finance or business management although it may be advantageous.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Finance Administrator will play a fundamental role in the day-to-day financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standard procedures and regulations.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
