REED have partnered with a local organisation who are recruiting for a **Telecoms Administrator** to join the team looking after the companies supplier contracts. You will be responsible for all phones allocated to staff members and act as aninternal point of contact for staff members. This is an ongoing temporary position for 9-12months.

**Tasks**:

- Track and upload phone contracts to the main portal
- Raise internal paperwork for the reissue of contracts as required
- Log on the internal portal which staff members are allocated which phone line/phone
- Liaise with the relevant department to ensure phones have been set up with the correct user profiles dependant on their department
- Update starters and leavers forms
- Advise the relevant department on specific apps needed

**To be successful in this position, you will**:

- Be immediately available to start work
- Able to use Excel confidently
- IT literate with the ability to work across multiple systems and portals
- Having an interest in mobile devices would be advantageous
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
