We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for this established Distribution company based in Hertford.

This is a varied and interesting role, and would only suit someone who has a strong and confident manner as well as excellent attention to detail.

On a day to day basis the Sales Administrator will be:

- Issuing quotations - following up with business customers
- Order processing, advising on stock availability and lead times
- Arranging deliveries
- Keeping detailed notes on CRM system
- General administration duties
- Basic accounts duties including producing invoices and credit control

The ideal Sales Administrator:

- Must be able to prioritise their workload
- Previous experience working in a B2B customer focused environment
- Able to work under and pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- A narual person
- Excel experience
- Professional and confident manner

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm. This role is a hybrid role, with one day a week in the office in Hertford. This could be more depending on the needs of the business and your preference.
