Sales Director

Ammeraal Beltech Ltd, part of the AMMEGA Group, is a global market leader in the design, manufacture, fabrication and servicing of high-quality, high-performance process and conveyor belts.
Coupled with this, the ideal candidate will be well disciplined in using internal systems (CRM) and completing reports and associated sales administration work.
The role will be focussed on the development of conveyor chains and components business through existing accounts and at the same time developing opportunities and closing new business partners throughout the UK & Ireland. Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing.
Attend events to network and create leads
Coordinate with Global ISM Team to identify leads gathered from exhibitions and also review Global Accounts with no trade in UK & Ireland
Proven experience of meeting sales targets in business development / new business
Strong, repeatable and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
