HR Administrator
Hertford
Contract 30 hours per week Mon-Thursday
£14 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator.

Operational Responsibilities
- To support the HR Officers with various administration tasks
- To respond to routine internal and external HR queries
- Training and development administration
- To administrate recruitment and selection processes
- To write and action employment contracts and other HR correspondence
- Assist HR Officers to draft reports
- To assist HR Officers with project work, e.g. collating data, creating structure charts etc

Management / Supervisory / Team Working Responsibilities
- To work with the Human Resources team
- Manage your own workload

Service Delivery
- Work to the tight timescales for Human Resources and Payroll input
- Work within established service procedures
- To be able to multi-task
- To be computer literate in Microsoft Office and be willing to develop skills to use the HR/Payroll system and East Herts finance systems
- Have excellent communication skills for face to face and telephone contact when dealing with HR and payroll issues for internal and external contacts
- Support the HR Officers as required
