The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator offering a salary between £24,000 - £25,000 per annum with an Accelerator bonus based in Hertford & Home working. This is a permanent position with Blue Square.

The Role

Our HR Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for the HR team, providing guidance on queries and processes. Ensuring that all administration activity is fulfilled within agreed service levels. Leading the implementation and management of HR process throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring that process is adhered to and high-level support is provided to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with line managers to provide guidance, coaching, and support on HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services and performance management)
- Maintaining accurate employee data records on the HRIS and preparing and maintaining reports as required
- Generate people insights reports utilising the capability of the HR system
- Ensure that data is processed via the system in a secure and systematic way, in compliance with GDPR and company procedures.
- Supporting the Finance team with any changes to payroll (e.g. new employees/leavers, changes to current employees pay/conditions) are communicated and accurately documented in line with agreed payroll deadlines.

Skill and Experience

Essential:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to manipulate data in Microsoft Excel using macros, pivot tables and V lookups
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the business
