**Safeguarding and Welfare Officer**:

- Working closely with other colleagues, Safeguarding and Welfare Officers provide appropriate guidance and support for students, supporting them to achieve their personal and academic development and assist them in fulfilling their potential.
- This role will ideally suit someone who has experience and an interest in the development of young people. Recent knowledge and experience of post-16 eduction and dealing successfully with parents, students and staff is essential.
- Permanent, full-time, term-time only.

**Salary**:Pro rata from £31,878 up to £34, 352 per annum.
