A fast-growing, successful investment management firm is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis. The firm has a tech driven, start-up style culture and they are looking for someone motivated and dynamic.

You will be working Tuesday-Thursday and be based in their offices in the West End. The hourly rate is £12-£14 per hour, depending on experience. There is the chance the role will become permanent.

What you'll do:

- Assist the Office Manager with PA duties to include: diary management, organising meetings and intensive travel arrangements for the team
- Set up call/video conference meetings
- Meet and greet clients
- Assist with corporate events planning
- Cover all incoming phone calls/taking messages
- Support with HR duties where required
- Assist with invoices and expenses processing
- Assist the Office Manager with: stationery, post, IT and telephone, general office maintenance, kitchen supplies and other ad hoc suppliers.

Who you are:

- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- You will need to be proactive and be able to work independently.
- Excellent organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads whilst working calmly under pressure.
- Experience working in financial services is ideal
