Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
  • Inventory and management of the SharePoint site, ensuring document versions are up to date
  • Update databases in the CRM system to maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and events, including agenda preparation, and minute-taking
  • Provide support for project/event management and the Secretariat's initiatives
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and other documents as required
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems and SharePoint is a plus

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • College administrative diploma or relevant qualification
  • Familiarity with the gas or energy industry
