**Working Pattern**:Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)

**Overview**:

HR Transformation and Digital is a key enabler on this journey with a focus on digitalisation of its services to the business, the creation of new ways of working and ensuring that a people centric mindset is a key element of this business transformation.

**In a typical week in this role, you will be involved in the following**:

- Delivering projects efficiently and effectively.
- Developing strong internal networks within the UK and across the other core countries (France, Germany and Spain).
- Achieving effective change management, engagement and buy-in from stakeholders to relevant change projects.

**A few key projects that you will be expected to be involved in include**:

- Being a part of the Voice of Employee mission working on projects linked to improving our Employee Experience.
- Managing projects linked to the implementation of HR Transformation initiatives (e.g. improvements to HR digital tools, hybrid working and the Joiners Movers Leavers programme)
- Change management
- Strong project management skills
- Improvement and innovation mindset
- Experience influencing stakeholders and sponsors
- High level of autonomy, structure, and proactiveness
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization

**TARCG is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
