We have begun expanding our services into the Perth & Kinross area and are now looking to recruit staff to coordinate our service delivery there.

**Requirements**:
**Benefits**

Salary is £24,788 and the role is full time, 35 hours per week. Hours will generally be 9-5 Monday to Friday, but you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of families and tutors so occasional evening work will be required. We operate an Overtime/TOIL policy for additional hours worked.

The target focus will be on young people looked after at home. The approach will be relationship based which has proven to be key in the success of the tutoring and outcomes.

You will also interview volunteer tutors either F2F or online and support them throughout their time with VTO.

Learning Hubs support groups of up to 10 children with their homework and overall literacy/numeracy competencies, improving confidence levels and motivation to learn. As we establish these hubs, you will be on-site at each Learning Hub for approx. 1.5 hours each delivery day with planning/resourcing time additional to this.
