This VC backed SaaS start-up offers a workforce experience platform that helps SMB and Mid-Market organisations unify the complex requirements of successfully running a remote workforce.

Following recent funding and exceptional sales growth, my client are looking for a talented **Sales Development Representative** to further support their UK growth and build this critical structure of the business.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, researching and engaging UK and US based SMB / Mid-market business and their HR Decision Makers.

Through intelligent questioning, you will need to understand their business challenges and how the solution can be of benefit to them and the employees. You will then be booking web-based demos for the sales team, some of which you may attend.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Previous experience in sales / sales generation, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales related targets.
- Experience engaging with SMB or Mid-Market organisations, HR decision maker experience would be desirable.
- Hunger and ambition to perform as well as develop yourself.
- An inquisitive mind. Able to ask the right questions to truly understand the customer.
