Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets and databases
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and sending out invitations
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Sage for managing financial records
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to type accurately at a moderate speed

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week over 4 x days.
